Before you start to use this facility, www.pakszhi.com wishes to inform your good self about the terms of use .

1. The individual(s) desiring to consult shall submit their profile through e-mail to pakszhi@gmail.com. The details shall be sent in the proforma attached at the end of this page so that there is no ambiguity for interpretation by the consultant.



2. If an individual wishes to consult for his family members or friends, it is not necessary that he (or) she concerned has to submit their profile personally through their respective e-mail ID. The applying individual, with the consent of he (or) she, can submit their profile on their behalf. However, it shall please be noted that www.pakszhi.com does own any responsibility, if an individual submit the profile of others without their consent. It is assumed that for all the profiles sent by an individual, either for himself or on others behalf, it is assumed that it is done so only with mutual consent and satisfaction. www.pakszhi.com is not answerable to whomsoever and in whatsoever form, for any acts of violation of confidential issues.



3. The service charges for each consultation is Rs.1000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) for an individual residing within India and $25 (Twenty Five US Dollars only) for an individual residing abroad, irrespective of the country in which they are residing.



4. The charges for consultation may either be remitted through core banking, for which an account has been created for your convenience (or) through Demand Drafts. It may please be noted that Cheques are not accepted.
   
   For remittance of consultation charges through core banking ,the charges may be deposited in the following account.
   
   a. Name of the Bank: Punjab National Bank(Main Branch), Pondicherry,INDIA.

   b. In case of Demand Drafts, it may be drawn in any of the nationalised banks or major private banks like ICICI, HDFC, ABN AMRO etc., in favour of       T.VENOUGOBALANE, PONDICHERRY, payable at Pondicherry.



5. On realization of the charges, a confirmation will be sent to the client concerned at the first instance. Thereafter, every care will be taken to mail your numerological details and predictions within 10 days of realization of charges. In the rarest of the rare cases, it may take a couple of days more. However, the clients will be kept informed.



6. On receipt of the consultant's report ,the individuals are advised to download their data and preserve a hard copy apart from the softcopy they might prefer, so that a back-up is readily available for ready reference on a later date.



7. www.pakszhi.com strives its level best to ensure the privacy of its onliners. However, we do not own any responsibility for any online / offline hacking by any unscrupulous elements.



8. The Onliners shall please note that this is only a facility for individuals dwelling far off from the consultant and who could not meet the consultant personally for any administrative, logical or physical constraints.
